About Me

Hi, I’m Polina — a certified coach with a background in psychology, energy leadership, systems thinking, and mental fitness. I help high-achieving professionals and multicultural leaders navigate meaningful transitions, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I’m an ICF-accredited coach through iPEC and hold certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and Mental Fitness Coach through Positive Intelligence®. I also hold a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in New York.

Before becoming a coach, I worked across multiple industries and roles including finance, executive support, and cross-functional business operations — experiences that gave me a deep appreciation for the pressures and complexities people face in high-performance environments.

My coaching is a mix of intuitive insight and practical, neuroscience-informed tools. I draw from emotional intelligence frameworks, somatic regulation, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired practices to help clients recognize the inner patterns that cloud focus, communication, and confidence — like saboteurs, overthinking, and self-doubt — and shift into grounded, self-led decision-making.

I specialize in working with people who are at a turning point — whether it’s a career pivot, business reinvention, or personal re-alignment. My clients are often thoughtful, driven, and highly capable, but find themselves stuck in old patterns that no longer serve them.

My Philosophy

I believe that real, sustainable change begins from within — not by forcing yourself to be someone different, but by learning how to work with your own mind, energy, and inner patterns in a more compassionate, powerful way.

Many of the clients I work with are incredibly accomplished — thoughtful, driven, and successful on the outside — but inside, they’re managing a quiet storm: overthinking, burnout, self-doubt, or a deep sense that something isn’t quite aligned. They’ve tried traditional mindset work, but it hasn’t fully landed. That’s because lasting transformation isn’t just about changing what you think — it’s about changing how you relate to yourself in the moment.

That’s why I blend neuroscience, mental fitness, and energy leadership with tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic awareness — so we can get to the root of what’s blocking clarity, confidence, and sustainable momentum. When you learn to recognize and shift the internal saboteurs that keep you in reactive loops, you unlock an entirely new level of self-leadership.

What makes your coaching approach different from traditional coaching?

My coaching blends mindset tools with neuroscience, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), energy leadership, and embodiment practices like the Franklin Method®. What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process.

Why is mental fitness important in life and career transitions?

Because uncertainty can activate old fears and self-sabotaging patterns. Mental fitness gives you the tools to catch those patterns in real-time, shift your energy, and choose responses that are more aligned with who you’re becoming — not who you’ve been.

What are the benefits of life coaching?

Life coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.

How do we build Mental Fitness?

Just like physical fitness, it’s built through consistent, simple practices. We use short daily tools (breath, body awareness, thought work) to rewire how your brain and nervous system respond to challenges — helping you feel more present, resilient, and self-led over time.

How does Internal Family Systems (IFS) show up in your coaching?

IFS helps us recognize and work with the different “parts” within us — like the inner critic, the achiever, or the part that avoids discomfort. Together, we build relationships with these parts, not override them. This creates more internal harmony, emotional regulation, and access to your true Self — a grounded, wise place from which aligned decisions and actions naturally emerge.

Do you work with highly sensitive or intuitive clients?

Yes — many of my clients identify as deep feelers, empaths, or highly sensitive individuals navigating career or life transitions. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space that honors your sensitivity as a strength. My coaching helps you set boundaries, regulate your energy, and lead with clarity without overriding your intuition or burning out.

Clients often come to me when they’re navigating transitions — career pivots, leadership shifts, business evolution, or a deeper call for alignment. Common themes include overthinking, burnout, self-doubt, leadership growth, conflict resolution skills or a quiet knowing that it’s time to change how they’re showing up in the world. We work at the root level to rewire patterns and create a more aligned, authentic path forward.

What is Mental Fitness and how is it different from mindset work?

Mental fitness is your ability to respond to stress, setbacks, and uncertainty with clarity, calm, and self-leadership — rather than being hijacked by self-doubt, fear, or overwhelm.

While mindset work focuses on what you think, mental fitness helps you strengthen how you relate to your thoughts and feelings — so you can shift patterns at the root level and stay grounded, no matter what’s happening around you.

Is mental fitness the same as therapy?

No — mental fitness focuses on building forward movement, presence, and aligned action in the here and now. While therapy often explores and heals the past, mental fitness helps you grow the inner muscles you need to thrive in the present and create your future.

How long does a life coaching session last?

Life coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between an hour and 90 minutes. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.

What happens in a Discovery Session?

In a Discovery Session, we’ll explore what’s most present for you — your goals, challenges, and patterns — and get a sense of what’s underneath the surface. I’ll ask some clarifying questions to understand how you think, feel, and operate when you’re at your best (and when you’re not). We’ll also discuss what kind of support you’re looking for and whether my approach is a good fit. There’s no pressure — just a collaborative conversation to see what’s possible.
